Killer Pool

Stotfold Con Club enjoys this fun competition most weeks. It depends on demand and availability of the Committee, it does happen most weeks. We have had a REVAMP! We now play Killer on our new 7ft table in our Function Room.  We have created a more relaxed vibe with some music, games on the table and table tennis on the dance floor, to keep all ages entertained.  We tend to start between 3-4pm best to get there for 3pm to avoid missing out on the first game. We try and do between 2-3 games each session, this depends on how many have entered.  The best way to keep up with everything Killer is to ask to be put on the what's app group, you can leave your name and number at the bar or go and see either Charlotte, Katie, Steve, Ashley, Jimmy or Lee and we can add you on. 

Killer Pool Rules

• Entry fee: £1 per player.
• 50p fine each time you hit the tin.

Game Rules

1. Any age is welcome to play – this game is designed for fun and to bring all ages together.
2. Players draw playing cards to determine the order of play.
3. Each player starts with lives, 2 for men, 3 for ladies, 4 for under 16's and 3 for 16-18's
4. If you miss, foul, or if a ball leaves the table, you lose a life
5. If you pot two coloured balls in one shot, you may take one life from another player of your choice.
6. If a player hits the tin, they must pay a 50p fine.
7. Once a player loses all their lives, they are out of the game.
8. The last player remaining with lives is the winner.
9. Pot the black to win an extra life
10. No professionals – this is a family friendly game for everyone to enjoy, and we encourage the kids to win!
