Thank you for your application for membership. We are very proud of our club and believe it to be the best in the area. We constantly endeavour to improve our service to and facilities for our members.
We have prepared the following notes to help you through the application procedure. Should you require any additional assistance or information, please speak to any member of the management committee.
NOTES
JOINING FEES
The current membership fees are as follows
April – March £ 30.00 + £10.00 Joining fee total £40.00
The full annual renewal fee of £30.00 becomes due on 1st April each year.
APPLICATION FORM
Your application will be sent to the Secretary and payment of fees will need to be made at the Club.
ELECTION PROCEDURE
Your application will be voted on by the committee at the monthly meeting.
If you haven’t been proposed and seconded, you can still apply but may be invited to meet members of the committee at an informal meeting before your application is processed.
MEMBERSHIP CARDS
Within 10 days of acceptance to the club, you will receive your membership card/door entry card. A copy of the Club rules is available upon request.
Until your card is received, you should continue to sign in as a guest when visiting the club.
You will also be given access and set up on the Club Cloud to access your membership account personal details and to top up your card.

Please note:
If Membership is not renewed, the balance left on the account will be set to zero after a period of 6 months.
